Importance of Bringing Children to Church

There are million questions on how to raise the kids right. One of the questions bothering parents is if they are supposed to bring their children to hear mass or just leave them at home anyway they will not listen to the preachings and there are tendency for them to play inside the church if they got bored.
We want to share our story, why we're taking our kids to church.
Going out is one of our bonding time with kids. Whether at mall doing the grocery, attending a party, going out on a trip and hearing mass, we considered all of these as a treasured moments.
People often see us together, if you invite us to attend a party, prepare 4 seats for us , it is always 1 + 3 =) maybe because we don't have Nanny but the main reason is we don't want to leave our kids.
Sometimes we are discussing if should we bring the kids with us to hear mass or just leave them with their Grandma because they will only make noise and play inside the church. But we want to apply what our Parish Priest taught us, always bring your children in prayer house even they are not listening because it is a way for them to be blessed and for them to get used to it. Parents are influencing their kids to be a responsible children of God.
It will be a routine for them to worship, pray and to attend sunday mass. And if that is the tradition, later on they will pass it with their own family.
Why we're bringing our kids to church:
1. For them to be blessed.
2. For them to get used in going to church regularly.
3. For them to practice worshipping and praying to God.
4. For them to pass it with their own family.
We are not forcing parents to do the same because we have different opinions and every parents has their own reasons and we respect every parenting decisions. We are only here to share our thoughts.
